United Way
Waterloo Region Communities, Huron-Perth, and Oxford
Steelcraft holds annual campaigns to support each United Way branch in our operating regions, including direct contribution from the Company and many of our employees donating through a payroll deduction plan.
United Way works to create change on key social issues such as food security, mental health, and isolation in seniors
In 2019, a group of passionate Steelcraft volunteers at the QCI Cambridge location formed the Steel Hearts team. Their goal was to spearhead and participate in local initiatives and fundraising activities that bring strength, hope, and joy to our local community.
Steel Hearts continues to support causes that benefit our communities and create a tradition of giving that builds health and prosperity for today and long into the future.

The Cambridge and District Humane Society promotes and ensures the health, safety, and humane treatment of animals within our community
KidsAbility™ empowers children and youth with special needs to realize their full potential and have a sense of belonging within the broader community
Nova Vita provides shelter and support to individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or gender-based violence
Woodland Cultural Centre serves to preserve and promote Indigenous history, art, language, and culture through innovative exhibitions and programs
